Please be considerate about your time and the technicians time. If you’re more than 20 minutes late from your scheduled time for whatever service it is, you will need to reschedule. There will be a fee.

Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a penalty fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Failure to arrive to your appointment will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. Absolutely no refunds will be given for late cancellations and no-shows. This is a strict policy at Onix Lash.

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with the best service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if an adjustment can be made to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 60 minute touch up. If contacted within the 72 hours the touch up will be done free of charge. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions it will result in being charged at full price for the service.
